CastlePoint Holdings

> Michael H. Lee: Chairman of the Board and CEO, CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd.; CEO and Director, CastlePoint Management Corp.; Mr. Lee is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd. He was named to these positions in February 2006, shortly after the Company was formed. In November 2006, he was named chief executive officer and director, CastlePoint Management, Corp. In addition to these positions, Mr. Lee is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Tower Group, Inc. He has held these positions since 1989 when he founded Tower’s primary insurance company operation, Tower Insurance Company of New York (TICNY). Prior to 1989, Mr. Lee was an attorney in private practice specializing in advising entrepreneurs on the acquisition, sale and formation of businesses in various industries.
> Gregory T. Doyle: President and Director, CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd.; President and Director, CastlePoint Management Corp.; Mr. Doyle was named president of CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd. in October 2006, and president and director of CastlePoint Mangement Corp. in January 2007. He has been a member of CastlePoint Holdings board of directors since April 2006. Prior to joining CastlePoint, Mr. Doyle served on the board of directors, Tower Group, Inc.; was executive chairman of BMS Vision Re; president of Presidential Re Insurance Advisors, a consulting firm he founded; executive vice president, strategic planning/corporate development, Guy Carpenter & Company; and president of domestic insurance company operations at American Re-Insurance Company.
> Joel S. Weiner: Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd.; and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Director, CastlePoint Management Corp. and CastlePoint Reinsurance Company; Mr. Weiner is chief financial officer and senior vice president of CastlePoint Holdings, Ltd., a position he has held since February 2006; chief financial officer, senior vice president and director, CastlePoint Management, since May 2006; and CastlePoint Reinsurance Company since March 2006. Prior to joining CastlePoint, Mr. Weiner was a senior vice president at Tower Group, Inc.; and, managing director, GAB Robins Capital Partners, providing outsourcing for claims operations. He led PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s U.S. middle market insurance consulting practice and advised many property and casualty insurers on strategic issues. He is an associate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

> Richard Weidman: Vice President and Director, CastlePoint Mangement Corp.; Mr. Weidman has been vice president and director of CastlePoint Management since since February 2006. Prior to joining CastlePoint Management, he was vice president of Programs, Tower Group, Inc. He held that position since December 2005 and was responsible for the production and management of program business throughout the United States. Prior to his employment at Tower, Mr. Weidman was the vice president/program manager at Clarendon (September 2002 – December 2005), and the vice president/Program Marketing at Clarendon (April 1998 – September 2002). His earlier career includes 13 years at CIGNA Corp., where he advanced through a series of senior underwriting management and marketing positions for Specialty Segments. He has spent more than 25 years in the insurance industry focusing on the production and management of products and services for retailers, wholesalers, general agents and program administrators.
> Robert W. Hedges: Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer, CastlePoint Management Corp.; Mr. Hedges was named vice president and chief underwriting officer of CastlePoint Management Corp. in January 2007. Previously he was president and chief underwriting officer, CastlePoint Re. He has over 25 years experience managing insurance and reinsurance underwriting operations. Prior to joining CastlePoint, he served as vice president, home office underwriting for Tower Group Companies. Mr. Hedges previously served as underwriting director at the Kemper Insurance Companies and as executive vice president, chief underwriting officer of the Mercantile & General/Toa Reinsurance Companies, with responsibility for all US treaty, facultative and program lines of business. He also served as senior vice president, commercial lines for the Home Insurance Company. His background includes 17 years with American International Group where his responsibilities included managing domestic and international commercial property, commercial casualty, professional liability and risk management profit centers.
